Welcome to Hopkins Realty, LLC! I’m Bill Hopkins, and I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market for nearly 20 years. After a long and rewarding career with Coldwell Banker Watson & Knox Real Estate, I’m proud to have launched my own brokerage right here in the heart of rural Georgia. I’m grateful for the foundation Coldwell Banker provided and look forward to continued partnerships as I grow this new chapter.

Real estate isn’t just a business for me—it’s personal. I specialize in rural properties and land tracts, and I have a deep understanding of the unique needs of small-town communities. While I’ve also worked extensively in metro markets, my passion lies in serving the people and properties that define rural Georgia.

On a personal note, I’ve been married to my wife, Lori, for 31 years. She’s a dedicated home health RN who has worked with the same company for over three decades. We have two amazing children, Lucas and Savannah. Our family is proud to be full of Eagles—three of us have graduated from Georgia Southern University, and Savannah is set to become our fourth with a degree in Marketing. Lucas is currently building his career in the Atlanta area with Western Southern Financial.
